PLUS Our course delivery is designed for the beauty and spa industry with home study tasks that are fun and interactive. In each module you will get real life insight into running a salon and learn strategies for developing your own leadership. This can then be applied and adapted to a variety of different roles.
Assessment and Certification
This course is assessed by a variety of observations, group work, individual written assignments and case studies.
Ofqual Certification is awarded when a full portfolio of work is submitted and passed assessment criteria.

- Delivery by online live
- Duration 30 Weeks, 1 day per week
- Start Date September 2026
- Prerequisite L3 Beauty therapy qualification or equivalent
- Age 19 or over to enroll
- A photo ID is required to validate your enrolment, such as passport or drivers licence
- Course fees includes course registration and examination fees. Excludes any necessary resits.
Kit Requirements
This is a theory based qualification, no practical kit is required.
You will need internet access, laptop access.
This is a Level 4 course so a good level of english, writing, speaking and reading is required.
It is helpful to hold a salon/spa/clinic role or be able to undertake a work experience placement.
